Starting as a dishwasher, Ross Hungmany worked his way up to head chef at a popular Thai restaurant in the Bay Area. Wanting a restaurant he could call his own, Ross and his brother set off for Utah and opened Mekong Cafe in October of 1990. Three decades later, he and his wife, Brenda, are still serving up delicious Thai food and are proudly the longest running Thai business in Utah. Come and visit them at their new location in Midvale, Utah.
